We Drill Like We Mean It

Ever try drilling into concrete with a cheap drill from the hardware store?
It’s not a great solution.

At Eco Demolitions, we offer professional core drilling services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Naples, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and the greater Southwest Florida region. Our team uses state-of-the-art equipment to drill clean, round holes through concrete, brick, masonry, and block — safely, accurately, and to spec.

Whether you’re adding plumbing lines, HVAC access, or structural reinforcement, we provide clean cuts that don’t damage surrounding surfaces. We get in, drill, and get out — no cracks, no mess, no drama.

What Is Core Drilling?

Core drilling is the process of removing a precise, cylindrical piece of material from a hard surface — most commonly concrete or masonry. It’s used to create openings for:

  • Electrical conduit
  • Plumbing and drain lines
  • HVAC and venting systems
  • Fire suppression and sprinkler systems
  • Anchor bolts and structural tie-ins
  • Utility runs in commercial and residential projects
  • Retrofitting or upgrading existing systems

We can drill through walls, floors, ceilings, slabs, and structural columns — vertically, horizontally, or on an angle. Whatever the challenge, we’ll drill right through it.

Indoor or Outdoor, Big or Small — We're Ready to Roll

Our tools are hydraulic, water-cooled, and designed to operate in sensitive environments. That means we can perform core drilling inside active homes, condos, and commercial spaces without generating excessive dust or noise. As long as there’s space to run the hydraulic pump, we can drill indoor or outdoor.

Frequently Asked Questions About Concrete Cutting

What Sizes of Holes Can You Drill?

We can drill core holes ranging from ½ inch up to 12 inches in diameter. Larger custom sizes are available upon request, depending on site conditions and structural specs.

Yes — all the time. Our diamond-tipped core bits are designed to cut through rebar and heavy reinforcement without cracking or compromising the surrounding structure.

Not at all. Our drills are water-cooled and dust-controlled, and we take every precaution to protect nearby surfaces. You’ll be surprised how clean the job site looks when we’re done.

Yes, as long as we have outdoor access for our hydraulic pump that runs on gasoline. We regularly perform core drilling in kitchens, utility rooms, mechanical closets, and other indoor spaces. Our equipment is quiet and compact enough to use inside occupied homes or buildings.

We recommend that plumbing, HVAC, or electrical layouts are finalized before drilling. That way, we can drill precisely where needed and avoid any delays or rework.

We remove and dispose of all core samples and drilling debris. Your space will be left clean and ready for utility installation.
