Marco Island Pool Demo

Second-Floor Pool, First-Class Demolition Challenge

This Marco Island client had an old pool on their second-floor balcony that they wanted removed in order to replace the outdated kidney shape for a more modern rectangle. However, the pool was connected to the building’s structure, and the vibrations from the demolition process could potentially damage the pilings or break the windows and sliding glass doors.

This meticulous job required a lot of planning, precision, and hands-on work in order to perform. Along with a pool cage that needed to be removed, a golf course alongside the house that couldn’t be touched by our equipment, and structural walls that needed to be avoided, Eco Demolitions took great care when jackhammering out a very tight line surrounding the old pool.

The General Contractor we worked alongside was thrilled with our attention to detail, and the homeowner’s assets were protected throughout the process. Our clients were thoroughly satisfied, and the positive relationship we built led to future projects.
